Class Descriptions

Beginners/ Intermediate

 

Low Impact

Absolute beginners.45 minutes of low impact fat burning aerobics, and 15 minutes abdominal work and stretching.

THT

Low impact class, with 30 minutes aerobics, followed by 30 minutes of toning the tummy, hips and thighs.

 

Cycle/circuit

30 minutes of cycle to get the heart and legs going followed by a circuit involving different exercises for 60 seconds. A great fat burner and muscle toner.

Fit ball

Is a low intensity class using a fit ball you will enjoy the range of exercises as you train core muscles while working the more traditional "mirror muscles" such as outer abdominals (the six-pack), buttocks and thighs

Intermediate/

Advanced.

Some experience required, higher intensity

Body Pump

 

 

Fantastic weight class which will burn calories and improve your strength. No coordination needed. Perfect for both males and females. Quickest way to tone and shape your body. Total body workout.

Cycle/Box

30 minutes of intense cycle to get your heart rate up followed by boxing to strengthen and tone your upper body.

Cycle with a twist

1 hour cycle mixed with boxing, resistance training, abdominal work and more. Keeps your heart racing.

Fighting Fit

Suitable for people of all ages. A class to teach you basic boxing techniques, while you kick and punch your way to fitness.

Fat Burner

A fun filled class. A great workout from head to toe, focusing on aerobic fitness, muscle toning and burning those calories.

Body Step

Is an energetic workout using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step to increase your cardio fitness and get your heart racing!!

Specialty Classes

 

Pilates

Non impact class that involves improving flexibility and strength for the overall body and core awareness.

Cycle          

A 45 minute class that is much about inspiration as it is perspiration. The instructor will teach you how to set up your bike, correct peddle technique and will motivate you through different terrain.

Active Adults

For the over 55’s. Cardio, resistance and flexibility training.
