Lime Health and Fitness will be running a weight loss seminar on the 2nd of July. All members are welcome to participate.
Some areas covered in the seminar will be:
- Effective weight loss techniques
- Lose weight and keep it off for good
- Sustainable, realistic dietary advice
- Results based exercise programs

An 8 week weight loss course will follow the seminar which will apply the weight loss principles covered in the seminar. The course will include 8 FREE personal training sessions.
