July 2010 Member of the Month

Sarah Thomas

July's award goes to a very consistent Lime member. Sarah is one of our friendliest members and certainly puts in the hard work when it comes to her training routine. She combines resistance training and cardio training to achieve and maintain her results.

June 2010 Member of the Month

Nat Hogget

The award for June goes to Nat for her dedication to her fitness. Nat has incorporated Personal Training with her own program and is achieving some fantastic results.

Tracey Hogg

The award for May goes to Tracey for her down to business attitude to her training. Traceys consistent attendance and her hard work when she is at the club demonstarte her dedication and determination to achieve the goals she has set for herself.

The Pope Family

An entire family are members of the month in April for their great dedication and commitment to their training. Graham, Janice, Michael, Melissa and Daniel each train up to 5 times a week. A fantastic family effort.

March 2010 Member of the Month

John Haigh

John has been a Lime member since July 2005. Johns dedication to his health is evident as he trains up to 5 times a week and is often found at the club in the afternoon slogging it out in the cardio and gym areas. To date, John has lost 14kgs through his hard work and improved diet.

 

February 2010 Member of the Month

Rudolph Martinengo

Lime members will most likely know Rudolph from his distinctive laughter that sounds a lot like a kookaburra. He's often found chatting on the gym floor. Rudolph puts in plenty of hours each week to maintain a healthy level of fitness.

January 2010 Member of the Month

James Peart (of Langwarrin)

James recieved the award for January 2010 for the weight loss results he has achieved through his exercise routine and healthy eating. To date, James has lost 16 kilograms and has increased his cardio endurance and overall fitness.

December 09 Member of the Month

Ryan D'Sylva

Ryan wins Decembers award for his resilience and spirit. Ryan broke 2 bones and tore ligaments in his foot while skateboarding. He still trains up to 4 times a week using crutches to get around the gym.

Good job Ryan!

November 09 Member of the Month

Rebecca Bird

Rebecca trains at Lime about 4 times a week. She incoorporates both individual and group exercise training. Rebecca receives member of the month for the consistency and dedication she has shown.

Well done Rebecca!

October 09 Member of the Month

Jason Close

Jason won Australia's largest regatta at Hamilton Island on the 29th of August in the division 3 cruising event. Jason trains in the morning at Lime on a regular basis.

September 09 Member of the Month

Carolyn Rowe

Carolyn has been a Lime member since August 2006 and trains up to 5 times a week. Carolyn receives this months award for her hard work and consistent approach to her training.

Amara Al Moghrabi

Amara trains consistently and has a disciplined approach to her fitness. Amara has been a Lime member since 2006 and trains up to 4 times a week!

Simi Leota.

Simi has a meticulous routine and has an extremely consistent approach to his training. Simi is without doubt one of our strongest members as well as one of our friendliest.

June 09 Member of the Month.

Kelvin Welbourn.

Kelvin has been doing personal training since becoming a member in April 2008. His consistent approach to his training has meant that he has been able to lose 14kgs while increasing his overall fitness levels.
